Responsible Mineral Sourcing Policy
Purpose
Transworld Steel Co., Ltd. ("the Company") is committed to promoting sustainable business practices and fostering a transparent and responsible supply chain. We support the protection of human rights, ethical business conduct, and environmental stewardship, and encourage our supply chain partners to adopt responsible mineral sourcing practices. The Company refers to the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas, the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI), applicable regulations, and customer requirements as the basis for continually improving our responsible mineral sourcing program.
Scope
This Policy applies to the raw materials, components, and suppliers involved in the Company's procurement activities. We also encourage our suppliers to extend these principles throughout their own supply chains. The minerals covered by this Policy include, but are not limited to::

• Other minerals subject to applicable regulations or customer requirements. :
Our Commitment
The Company is committed to promoting responsible mineral sourcing and will endeavor to:
- Establish Appropriate Supply Chain Management

Develop and continually improve processes for responsible mineral management and supply chain risk assessment, taking into consideration our products, applicable regulations, and customer requirements.
- Promote Due Diligence

Encourage, and where appropriate request, suppliers to provide information regarding the origin of minerals and to cooperate in reasonable due diligence activities.
- Support Responsible Sourcing

Encourage suppliers to source minerals, where practicable, from smelters or refiners that participate in internationally recognized responsible sourcing programs, such as the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP), and to enhance supply chain transparency.
- Respect Human Rights and Business Ethics

The Company encourages suppliers to:
• Establish appropriate mineral source management processes.
• Provide Conflict Minerals Reporting Templates (CMRT), Extended Minerals Reporting Templates (EMRT), or other relevant declarations when requested.
• Cooperate with reasonable responsible mineral due diligence activities conducted by the Company or our customers.
• Continuously improve the completeness and transparency of mineral source information.
Where potential risks are identified through due diligence activities, the Company will seek to engage with suppliers to better understand the circumstances and, where appropriate, encourage reasonable improvement actions.

The Company will continue to monitor developments in applicable regulations, industry practices, and customer expectations, and will periodically review and update this Policy as appropriate. We are committed to working collaboratively with our suppliers to promote responsible mineral sourcing and contribute to a more sustainable supply chain.
